- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed at 12:00 PM or later will be dispatched on the next business day.
- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- International Delivery: 5–14 business days depending on destination

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on the majority of products.
Some larger, heavier, or specialist items may incur additional delivery charges, which will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Quick Auto Parts is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
Customers are required to inspect all items at the point of delivery before signing for the parcel.
If an item arrives damaged:
- The damage must be reported to the courier immediately.
- The parcel must be signed for as 'DAMAGED'.
- Customers must contact Quick Auto Parts within 7 days of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Failure to report damage at the point of delivery may affect the outcome of a claim.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
